Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education

The PSHEE programme provided by our school covers a wide variety of areas concerned with the physical, mental and social well-being of our children. We often call upon the services of other professionals to help us in our delivery.

Part of the health education programme for Years 5 and 6 covers sex education; this programme is presented within a moral, family-orientated and Christian framework. Parents have the right to withdraw their children from sex education lessons if they so wish: a letter seeking parental permission for children to receive sex education is sent home prior to any sex education teaching.
