At Uffington Church of England Primary School we aim to provide a safe, caring and friendly environment for all our children to allow them opportunities to learn effectively, improve life chances and help them maximise their potential.
We strive to ensure children and young people feel safe, including understanding the issues relating to safety, such as bullying. We encourage children to seek support should they feel unsafe in the knowledge that their concerns will be taken seriously. Allegations of bullying at Uffington School are very rare; in the event of an allegation being made, the headteacher gives an assurance that the matter will be given full and immediate attention. If a parent or carer feels that this is not the case, the school Complaints Procedure should be followed.
